Berry civilised: Halle visits lawyer's office with ex Gabriel Aubrey... then later a date with new love Olivier Martinez

It looks like the amicable split of Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubrey is still being worked out after the pair were spotted visiting a lawyer's office yesterday in Los Angeles.

Halle and Gabriel were clearly civil and comfortable in each other's presence, walking out of the office together after their meeting.The 44-year-old actress then met up with new love Olivier Martinez in Malibu.

Halle kept it simple but chic for the meeting, wearing dark blue jeans and a light blue shirt.The Monster's Ball star stuck to her usual low-key makeup, looking subtle yet sexy.34-year-old Gabriel also kept it casual by turning up to the offices wearing a baseball cap, a plaid shirt and shorts.

Halle started dating Kylie Minogue's ex around a month ago after meeting on the set of Dark Tide, the film they are co-starring in about a shark diving risk taker.

They went public their romance during a break in France together last month.Halle's new relationship with Olivier comes in the wake of her split from French-Canadian model Gabriel.

They have a two-year-old daughter Nahla together, who they are currently sharing parenting duties with.

And the split has been amicable from the start, with Gabriel frequently travelling with his ex-wife so that he can help take care of little Nahla.

Halle has also been busy with work, recently unveiling a new perfume.The scent is called Reveal, and smells of mimose, peach, melon, red berries, plumeria, iris, neroli, vetiver, cashmere and musk.

Talking about the new scent, Halle said: 'Because this is the third one, I have a little bit of experience now. I had an understanding of a direction I wanted it to go.

'With each one, the goal is to make them different, yet the same in that it’s reflective of who I am. I wanted this one to be a little more floral, but the inspiration was still about keeping it classic and easy.'
