Having spent the weekend celebrating her upcoming 30th birthday in Las Vegas it was back to work for Kim Kardashian.

While modelling a 22 carat diamond engagement ring created by jeweller to the stars Michael Hill Kim, 29, discussed her recent W Magazine cover and swore her days of posing nude are over.

Kim, 29, was back on the red carpet today in New York City hosting the Ultimate Engagement Ring: Search For The World's Best Couple Contest.

Of her nude W magazine cover she told Us Weekly: 'It turned out beautifully, and I love it.

'But I don't know if I'll pose nude again. I'm too old for that now... I wanted to get it all out of my system before I turned 30.'

The cover shoot for the famous fashion magazine shows Kim completely naked and spray painted silver from the neck down.

Kim has previously modelled in the buff for Playboy and Harper's Bazaar before the W spread.

Having spent the weekend partying with family and friends in Las Vegas the mogul is set to celebrate her birthday for real this coming Thursday.

The Kardashian crew enjoyed a two night extravaganza at Tao at The Venetian Hotel and Casino.

This Friday Kim will host her official birthday party at Amnesia nightclub in New York.

According to the invitation that was sent out, anyone can join the party for a minimal fee of $1000 per table.

Some tables are being sold for a minimum $2500.

A small price to pay to party with the World's most famous reality star.
