Make Eyes Like Vanessa Hudgens!

My favorite red carpet makeup looks this week? Adorable Vanessa Hudgens at the Worldwide Launch and Party for Guess' new fragrance, Seductive.
"The look was inspired by sexy London in the Sixties, the vibe I got from her Guess black minidress and thigh leather boots," Hudgens' makeup pro Karan Mitchell tells UsMagazine.com exclusively.
To get the retro vibe with sultry, smoldering eyes and glowing skin, Mitchell started by applying Neutrogena Healthy Skin Brightening Perfector in No. 15 as a base on lids for shadow. Then she used shades from Neturogena's Moonlit Violet Nourishing Eye Quad No. 170 from lashline to above the crease.
For a smoky effect, Mitchell smudged the black accent shade in the quad around the outer corners of eyes and blended up for a winged effect. For added drama, she then lined Hudgens' eyes with plenty of black liner, and finished the eyes with five (yes, five!) coats of carbon black mascara.
On cheeks, Mitchell used a plum blush and bronzer duo to sculpt. Hudgens' lips were polished with sheer nude gloss.
